When accessing the feed http://www.meinbezirk.at/feed/action/mode/realm/ID/0/ I
get "No valid feed found at [URL]".  When I download this feed and insert
<title>Foo</title> after <channel>, the feed is accepted.

I know that the channel title is a required element, but web standards are a
bit fuzzy, it seems.
