[Users] Is this really a list for users, or rather for programmers?

Hello everybody,
I am interested in Claws and i can accept receiving emails about
problems that don't interest me. But there's no sense in sending
emails about each and every bug and each and every comment to any bug
to people like me.
So, if this list is for things like that, although it is called
"Users", i might leave it soon. I would prefer, though, that another
list for programmers be created.
