[Users] Normal?: lots of connections in CLOSE_WAIT

Hi,

While looking into other system issues, I noticed a lot of CM TCP
connections in CLOSE_WAIT -- 260 at the moment.

Sample output:

Only seeing this on this instance of CM -- I run two; the other one is
clean.

Is this normal?
