[Users] Claws-mail on Windows New User Question

Please be gentle; I'm very new to Claw-mail.I apologize in advance if this is covered somewhere, but I haven't been able to it an answer to my question.

I installed Claws-mail 3.13.0 on a Win8.1 box last night and am trying to get it to display messages with MIME graphical content.  I've looked through all the configuration settings, but don't see anything to take casre of this on a Windows box.  I've turned-on the display of remote content and this works OK, but just plain MIME graphical content doesn't show-up.

Any pointers how to get this working under Windows?
