[Users] Change keyboard shortcuts

Hello,

With 'Enable customisable keyboard shortcuts', I can't figure out how
to change keyboard shortcuts by highlighting menu entries, even if the
corresponding action is commented out in menurc.

Is there a known bug on Ubuntu ?
I am using Claws Mail 3.11.1
