[Users] Authentication error

Yes I tried that but still the same smtp authentication error. Not sure what you mean by highlighting a difference between encrypted connection and encrypted email!
I'm getting so frustrated now! I feel like I've tried every single setting but just NOTHING works! It must be a stupidly simple mistake, surely. If there is anyone out there who thinks they can help me, I'd be eternally grateful. Maybe I just don't fully understand how to set things up properly?!!
