[Users] Segfault TNEF parser

I'm getting this:

Segmentation fault

It's consistent with every mail from that sender.

I can make the mail available if a developer wants to look at it, but I
don't want to make it publicly available.

In the meantime, I've disabled the TNEF plugin, which (of course) stops
Claws segfaulting.
