The Account Prefs -> Privacy -> None/PGP Mime/PGP Inline are the only
choices.

But if by attachment, you mean a "normal" attachment as in, for example,
attaching a picture or somesuch, then no.  Although I suspect somebody
far more knowledgeable that I could write a script to do the job.
