I want to be able to mark a selected and folded thread read.

Currently this action only affects the first message of a thread.

I mean if there is a selected and folded 100-message-thread (with a + in front
of this one line).

When I say "mark as read" only the top message is marked but the rest is
uneffected. But it should effect all the messages because this
one-selected-line represents all messages in the thread because it is folded.

I hope I used the right words with my bad english.
