[Users] Where is ~/.claws-mail/RSSyl/feeds.xml in 3.11.1?

Hello all

I'm trying to get all my feeds not to update or appear as new, if the
author alters them. 

For the previous version of Claws I received the following advice,
which worked.

> Close claws and edit this file manually: .claws-mail/RSSyl/feeds.xml

> Change
> silent_update="0"
> to
> silent_update="2"

But now I can't find that file anywhere. Could anyone point me in the
right direction for this setting?
