[Users] Order of filters?

With some loss, though. The default "bogofilter as a filtering rule" setup do not direct email to the unsure folder. It instead mixes all unsure and ham together.

Is there a way to keep a functional unsure folder with bogofilter in the rules? I scanned this mail list and the Fine Manual, and have not found it.
