Either of this will work.
--build=x86_64-arch-linux-gnu
or
--build=x86_64-archlinux-linux-gnu

The format for linux systems is: 
--build <arch>-<name>-linux-gnu
'arch' is either ix86 ox x86_64
'name' can be anything you want it to be.
