[Users] Unable to edit mail saved in Draft folder(s)

Just noticed a draft saved from last night cannot now be opened. I have no idea why
because this has never happened before. Any ideas why the draft folder now acts
like an inbox or any other folder i.e. read only, no editing.

In the past a double click on a draft email would have brought up the
compose message window.
