The error occurred while receiving POP mail. I wasn't attempting to "attach"
anything to a message being composed.

However, I do have a filter which re-directs "lbickley at bickleywest.com" to
"lyle.bickley at gmail.com".

Now that I've thought about it - the only times I have seen my previous
submission regarding "C:" drive files empty or missing occurred while receiving
POP3 mail which was being redirected to gmail.

Does the "redirect" do so via "compose"? If so, that may be our culprit.
