[Users] Please update icon theme page and package with the new Claws Mail elementary icon theme

Hello,

two weeks ago I asked the author of the Claws Mail elementary icon
theme:

http://www.claws-mail.org/themes.php?section=downloads

if he could update the theme to make it use the latest elementary 3.x
icons.

He then replied to me and sent me an updated icon theme (which has some
bugs fixed and includes the new icons).

He told me that he also sent the new theme to the Claws Mail developers.

But the icon theme page and package has not been updated, yet.

So, could you please update it?
