What is it supposed to mean to "add a plugin to a toolbar"? You can't
do that.
You can add actions to a toolbar. The definition of those actions can
come from one of three places: Actions defined by Claws Mail
internally, actions defined by the user with the "Actions" feature, or
actions defined by plugins.
If the plugins selection is greyed out, that means that none of your
loaded plugins offers any.
Claws Mail internally defines the action "Learn Spam or Ham". Maybe
that's what you're looking for?
