Patch to introduce preference "cursor_up_leaves_body"

Claws 3.10.1 brought a new feature that makes the cursor up key leave the
message body when it's already on the first line and jump to the subject line.
The attached patch introduces a preference called "cursor_up_leaves_body" that
defaults to true. If set to false (0), the pre-3.10.1 behavior is restored.
