I prefer the mailing list, and am moderator for another FOSS project
which has its mailing list reflected on Nabble.
I see many posts, which I have to let through to the mailing list,
which have originated from the Nabble reflector.
People ignore the Nabble note that they need to be subscribed to the
mailing list to be able to post. Their posts appear on Nabble and then
wait for my attention......
So, you can have it both ways.
I do agree with the poster who noted the irony in requesting a forum
for a mailing list, and some of the arguments against a mailing list
including "the mailing list is old-fashioned".
