[Users] Fancy plugin

Regarding the Fancy plugin, on Linux (Claws 3.8.1 on Debian Wheezy), to
load in images from an HTML e-mail, I select Load Images from the
graphic at the bottom of the window, but on Windows (Claws 3.10.1 on
Vista 32-bit), I have to select Enable Remote Content to see the same
images.

Is this the correct behavior (e.g. Linux vs. Windows)?
