[Users] filtering by From/To/Subject/Tag

Hi,

CM 3.10.1, quick question. When I filter by:

Tony Liu <tony.liu at centrichealth.ca> on a folder I get 9 results and
with tony.liu at centrichealth.ca on the same folder I get 29 results

I checked every occurrence of tony.liu at centrichealth.ca and all say: say
Tony Liu <tony.liu at centrichealth.ca>

So why is: Name <> missing from the From/To/Subject/Tag filtering? or
am I missing something?
