We're talking about the GTK print dialogue here. I don't have the
same problem, but perhaps it's the old bug in GTK print dialogue where
until you hit 'Apply' on the Page Setup dialogue (even if it looks
correct) then, somehow, margin settings are ignored. This bug,
apparently, only affected clean installs, so after hitting Apply once
on that dialogue it should be fine subsequently.
