[Users] RFE - to reply with html when an html-only email is recieved.

I've just had the situation where I've had an html-only email received
which stated "This email contains HTML content only. You are currently
viewing this message in a text view. To view this email properly,
please use an HTML enabled email client and/or switch to HTML view."
Dragging and dropping the source email here, with some non-relevant
info removed.
