[Users] Drafts folder highlighted as if it contained new and unread messages

Hello All,

Since upgrading to v3.9.3-29-gb079a3 from GIT repositories, all the
Drafts folders (in the Folder view) that contain messages are highlighted
(bold and blue with my prefs) as if they contained new & unread messages,
although the new & unread counts are both zero.  Moving all messages out
of the Drafts folder returns it to the usual un-emphasised state. 

Is this behaviour intentional, and if yes, can it be turned off?
