When I re-send a file there are two problems.

1. The attachment becomes inline
2. The attachment is also attached (and the size is the unencoded size, see bug
# 3350)

The file is now almost twice the size of the original

(Looking in the sent folder)

original size on disk = 256116
new size on disk      = 508567


Inlining the attachment is problem #1
Doubling the size of the original is problem #2
