[Users] Searching From/To/Subject/Tag *and* CC

I'm not sure why I never noticed this before (unless it's changed in CM
3.11.1).

When I search for a message, I usually use the From/To/Subject/Tag menu time,
which I think is the default.  If I am searching for a message that was posted
to this mailing list, I might type 'claws-mail' in the text box and it will
show me all the messages sent To users at list.claws-mail.org.

But if the message was CC'd to the list, this search won't find it.  It seems
obvious (to me ;) that From/To/Subject/Tag should include CC.

Is there a way to add CC to some hidden configuration setting?  Has this
changed recently or has it always been this way?  Should I file a bug?
