If I open menu "Tools > SSL certificates" (German: "Extras > SSL-Zertifikate")
it displays "Signatur status: No certificate issuer found" (German:
"Status der Signatur: Zertifikat hat keinen Aussteller") for _all_ servers.

Is that the same bug?
