Would be nice to have, but in my view, definitely an enhancement.

In my case, I would put queue (which I would never use and prefer not to show)
and trash at the bottom, and one or two special folders above my other custom
folders.

My use is multiple pop3 accounts, each with their own separate mailbox.
I never use imap.
