As long as sogo supports imap and smtp, it will continue to work as it does right now. I am not clear from reading the webpage whether sogo has its own imap and smtp implementation or not. But they clearly state that they can integrate with postfix (smtp) and cyrus (imap).

I therefore strongly believe that it just works (tm) :-)
