[Users] Compiling Claws Mail 3.9.1/2 from scratch

OK, problem solved. It was indeed GNUTLS, which was too old. I just
compiled current CM with gnutls-3.2.4/nettle-2.7.1 .. works like a charm :-)
Maybe TLS version should be checked during configure ..
