[Users] Account address problem

Is there a way to set up an account that would only have a sending address
(SMTP) and NOT a receiving (POP) address?  This is to use with a "forwarded
address (kg7cfc at xxxxx.xxx) that is forwarded to my normal address (linxt at ...).
