[Users] Suddenly "D" is sending

You probably assigned it by accident, which means you also have the
mode that allows that enabled.

Try opening the "Message" menu while editing a message, hover the mouse
over "Send" and press Ctrl-Return, this should restore the original
mapping.

If this doesn't work, find the setting in properties to enable the mode
that lets you reassign keys.
