[Users] email signing.

I am finding that I have to sign each and every email I send, even
though I have got it set up as shown in the attached jpgs. I find it
easier to show screen-shots of the preferences rather than try to
describe it in words. 

The gpg key was generated with 'seahorse', and claws-mail is the only
programme that has found a problem with it. This is with claws-mail
version 3.9.2-101-gd94072.

Can anyone suggest a way round it please?
