The help manual does not explain how to use clawsmail to read an mbox archive.

When creating a new local mbox file account, there is a requirement
for an smtp server, but this is not necessary, only to be able to view
the mbox archive of messages.

The menu bar option 'file, add mbox' doesn't seem to work; after
adding the directory location, no messages can be seen in the mbox
'inbox' directory.
