[Users] [Bug 2952] New: if .claws-mail/tmp is missing cm should create it

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the offer!
I had no problem with it so far and luckily it was only one folder. I
recently had removed it as I run out of space again. Thought
claws is clever, but it's just a beast ,)
I am not sure in C enough, otherwise I would add a patch myself.
