  From plugin description (/Configuration/Plugins.../Clam AntiVirus):

| Because this plugin communicates with clamd via a
| socket then there are some minimum requirements to
| the permissions for your home folder and the
| .claws-mail folder provided the clamav-daemon is
| configured to communicate via a unix socket. All
| users at least need to be given execute permissions
| on these folders.

| To avoid changing permissions you could configure
| the clamav-daemon to communicate via a TCP socket
| and choose manual configuration for clamd.
