[Users] convert to mbox format

By mistake, a localdisk cache of an imap account was saved _not_ in
mbox format, but as a tar archive:

source = /home/user/.claws-mail/imapcache/mailaccountname/INBOX

The 'INBOX' directory consists of multiple files of numbers, 1234,
3456, etc. The tar archive was created of all of files in the 'INBOX'
directory

The imap account server is no longer accessible. Is it possible to
extract the tar archive so that claw-mail will open 'INBOX' directory
and then export (correctly! :) ) to a single mbox file?
