[Users] wrong date format

Hi, I am thinking this is a bug, but I am not sure.
I have both a windows 7  (En-Australian) and also an open suse 12.2
(En-UK) machine.  The default date (configure/preferences/date format)
is %c (locale) but this is displaying in En-US format.

Can someone please confirm this is a bug, and that there is not
something else I need to change in my configuration.
