The popup window to select headers in preferences->Message View->Text Options
(button Edit on the right of "Display headers in message view") and also the
popup window to select the user defined headers in the account preference (but
also other "popup" windows) are popping "under" the main window (e.g.
"preferences" or "account preferences") while the main window is disabled; a
quick workaround is to move such windows to the top left corner of the screen
so that the "pop under" will then be visible and can be moved and edited; a
quick fix, instead, may be to hide the "main window" when showing those popup
windows and unhide it when the popup (child) is closed

Claws v 3.9.0cvs12 running on Windows 7 x64; same behavior verified on x32 as
well
