Bug ID: 2858
Summary: undesired filtering to trash automatically
Classification: Unclassified
Product: Claws Mail
Version: 3.8.1
Hardware: PC
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P3
Component: Filtering
Assignee: users at lists.claws-mail.org
Reporter: proge at riseup.net
Hello.
I have an IMAP email account. A message arrived in my "SPAM" folder, with the
subject starting with ***SPAM***. This was filtered by my email account, not
claws-mail. In claws-mail, When I try dragging the message from the "SPAM" into
my "Inbox," it shows up as moved, but then gets filted by claws-mail to my
"Trash" folder when I update the inbox. This behavior doesn't happen when I
move the message using squirrel webmail, so I am guessing it is some behavior
of claws-mail. I can't figure it out, though. I tried marking the message as
ham, disabling bogofilter, and modifying preferences, but the behavior
persists.
Is there a particular setting that causes this behavior?
