[Users] Claw Mail on Windows 7

I think its a GTK thing.. Opens NEW Windows by default on the monitor
the actual focus belongs to. For OLD Windows eg. drafts the position is
saved and it reopends on the same as closed..
I think some values have to be changed in the source(I would look for
GtkWindow) for that.
