And install the GTK+ theme that you want because the Windows builds
include only a very small number themes. And you have to install them
by hand in the correct places because the Windows builds include their
own private GTK+ libraries.

I've still not managed to get the full toolchain to build natively on
Windows. libetpan won't build properly with the Cygwin tools and GnuPG
builds fail with the MinGW tools. If I can figure out how to make this
work then it will make a bunch of little problems go away.
