Add support for GnuTLS priority string
Rationale behind this enhancement is my ISP's badly configured SMTP server
which requires a special GnuTLS priority string to be able to send mail. I hope
it might help others who experience similar problems. The attached patch adds a
new entry on the account's advanced preferences page where user can enter the
GnuTLS priority string. This is only implemented for SMTP sessions in the patch
but can be easily extended for POP3.
