Hi,

I think Christian wants to reverse the label "Block external content" default
TRUE to "Allow external content" default FALSE. 

That wouldn't change the default behaviour but make the preferences more
straight-away :

Allow external content 
Enable javascript
Enable plugins
Enable java

(On an unrelated note, Block external content prevents opening links in
external browsers if the according pref is set and one has to right-click/Open
in browser; i think this should be fixed).
