[Users] Adding a custom header

I would like to automatically add a certain X-Foo: header to my outgoing
emails. Ideally I might configure it depending on the current folder
when I'm sending, but so far I cannot even see how to do it uniformly
for any mail. Is this at all possible? Maybe in a newer version (using
3.8.1 now)?

I know I can type a header name in one of the drop down boxes of the
compose window, that is close but I can't really call it automatic :-)

Thanks for the tips,
