Can you open up a command line and run bogofilter? Or type "which
bogofilter" and see what comes up?

There are 3 possibilities here:

1. Bogofilter isn't on the machine.
2. Bogofilter is on the machine in some place that your command line
can see, but Claws is getting a different set of environment settings.
3. Bogofilter is on the machine and we've no clue where it is.

The #2 case is easiest to fix, if we can find it (One option would be
Configuration->Preferences->Bogofilter and set the "Bogofilter call"
to the absolute path told to you by "which bogofilter"). And if we can
find it, #3 becomes #2 quickly.
