[Users] Send\Reply as another user

How can I reply as another user.

There a three email addresss from which I receive email.
When I reply, I change the from address, to my other email
account (all email arrives through my gmail account pop)

How can I set up a template?
So on new mail or reply, 
I can use a drop-down arrow to send as another.
My command of programming is basic to say the least
