I followed the instructions in your first comment, but your text in the video
says what you didn't say the first time.

'You hit "New" in the dialog box to create a new folder.'

'Use Alt + N to create a subfolder'.

It wasn't clear that 'hit' meant 'use Alt + N'.

Now I can reproduce what you report. Certainly the 2 different highlighting
styles lead to confusion.
