Thanks for the quick answer. This is a very good option, I will manage
to write a small sed-script for this. Although the file-format is .xml,
it looks like being suited for simple linebased editing (no need to
use an XML parser ;-)...

I assume (not tested yet) I will lose this when I right-click 
"Mailbox(MH)" and select "Rebuild folder tree"?
