replace deprecated gnutls function

This should replace deprecated gnutls function, still working with gnutls <=
2.10. Tested and works for me, hope that is ok.

Last warning about ssl is about unused gcry_threads_pthread, though I do not
really understand why as it already should be expluded by includes.
