[Users] Action in Windows doesn't react

Ricardo Mones wrote about my non-responsive action script:

Thanks for your suggestion, but bad luck. I tried:
         C:\Python26\python.exe      c:\bas\exe\clawsub.py
and   C:\Python26\pythonw.exe   c:\bas\exe\clawsub.py
but still no reaction. Do you have any idea where some error mesage
might appear ?
